Lowering standards for an applicant’s employment history due to long-term hospitalization
Assisting in the rental application process
Allowing for the use of an alternative building entrance to limit interactions with other tenants
Permission to use a service animal
Permission to send a rental payment through the mail or another generally accepted remote payment system
Construction of wheelchair access ramps and sufficiently large parking space for wheelchair users
Use of special door handles and lower countertops
