Airbnb issues tax forms to certain hosts, including, but not limited to:

1. US citizens with over $20,000 gross earnings and more than 200 transactions during the calendar year

2. Non-US citizens who have US-sourced earnings, and who have submitted a Form W-8

3. Hosts who have taxes withheld from their payouts during the calendar year, both US and non-US hosts

4. Hosts from the State of MA and VT who have over $600 gross earnings

5. US luxury retreats hosts who have over $600 gross earning and who have submitted a Form W-9

6. Non-US luxury retreats hosts who have submitted a Form W-8
